Abstract:
Soil organic matter and soil total nitrogen content in different fertilizer was systemic studied.The results showed that urea,chicken manure,maize straw made soil organic matter content increased 12.24%,27.43%,26.35% respectively compared with the control in the Ⅰ fertilization level.Soil total nitrogen content increased 15.42%,39.85%,33.28% respectively compared with the control in the Ⅰ fertilization level.There were significantly higher than control.Urea,chicken manure,maize straw made soil organic matter content increased 25.34%,49.03%,50.25% respectively in the Ⅱ fertilization level.Soil total nitrogen content increased 20.00%,61.98%,42.29% respectively in the Ⅱ fertilization level.Urea,chicken manure,maize straw made soil organic matter content increased 34.13%,51.55%,71.71%,and soil total nitrogen content increased 22.90%,83.36%,70.99% respectively in the Ⅲ fertilization level.The affect order for soil urease activity by 3 fertilizers in different fertilizer levels was chicken manure,straw,urea.The affect order for soil organic matter content was chicken manure,maize straw,urea in Ⅰ fertilization level and maize straw,chicken manure,urea in Ⅱ and Ⅲ fertilization level.The effect order for soil total nitrogen content was chicken manure,maize straw,urea in 3 fertilization levels.
