Abstract:
With shoot segments containing auxiliary buds of Forsythia viridissima as explants，MS was used as the basic medium with different concentration of 6-BA and IBA.The results showed that the initial medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg /L+NAA 0.1 mg /L，and the proliferation medium and the rooting medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L，which established the tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Forsythia viridissima.
