Abstract:
Taking the stems of Cornus walteri Wanger. as explants,the disinfection methods,basic medium,different sampling time and different hormone affect the primary culture of Cornus walteri Wanger.were studied.The results showed that the best disinfection method was using 0.1%HgCl2 for 10 minutes,it had lower contaminated rate and browning rate;MS medium was the best one for primary culture,the germination time and growth conditions were better than other medium;explants grew well in the medium of MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L.
