Beneficial conditions including unique climate resources advantages, well equipped facility bases, broad market prosperous and favorite government policies for development of seedling batch production in Sanya were selectively analyzed, apart from illustration of characteristics and advantages of batch production. Suggestions were proposed to enhance policy guidance, long-term plan, increase financial support and investment in research, encourage technology local practices, develop leading enterprise, create famous seedling brand and promote rapid team development on seedling batch production.
