Abstract:
Taking greenhouse tomatoes as experimental material,the leaf photosynthetic rates,the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein,and the changes of acidity in fruits were determined from April 26 to May 28.The results showed that the elevation of leaf photosynthetic rates might accelerate the synthesis of vitamin C,soluble sugar,soluble protein and organic acid.The contents of soluble sugar,vitamin C and organic acid increased gradually,while the contents of soluble protein decreased during fruit ripening.
