Abstract:
Based on water extraction,alcohol extraction,enzymatic extraction and composite extraction four methods extraction raspberry fruit.Extract physical parameters and effective substance content were measured,determined the composite extraction was the best extraction raspberries.The extract and walnut milk mixed according to the different proportion,selected for the optimal wave length was 680 nm,walnut the different proportions of milk’s stability were observed,in order to got milk’s with raspberries nutrition.The results showed that walnut milk and raspberry extract lahmi the best ratio was 20∶5.Raspberry extract and walnut milk mixture of composite drinks,made not only with walnut milk unique flavor,and increased raspberry nutrients,enriched beverage types,could promote the deep process of raspberry.
