Abstract:
The effects of perlite,vermiculite,sand,garden soil,humus nutrition soil different substrates,different auxins(IBA,IAA,NAA) and their concentrations,mixture of auxins and paclobutrazol(PP333) on the rooting of cuttings of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L.were studied.The results showed that the equal volume mixture of sand and humic nutrition soil had the best effect on the rooting.IBA was better for the rooting,in which the rooting rate of the treatment with IBA 150 mg/L was the highest and was 93.67%;The low concentration of 50 mg/L achieved the highest rooting rate of 90.67% in treatments with IAA;The average number of roots was bigger in the treatments with higher concentrations of NAA,but the rooting rate was lower.The mixtures containing PP333 20 mg/L with IAA 50 mg/L or with IBA 150 mg/L could enhance the rooting effect of cuttings of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis  L..
