Abstract:
The electrophoretic analysis of peroxidase isozyme in seven samples of Actinidia arguta were studied in detail.The results showed that method of isozyme was helpful for sex identification of seedlings of Actinidia arguta,and more experiments should be run to identify gender accurately and precisely.Therefore,research priorities and a solution were proposed.
