Abstract:
By using L9(33) orthogonal experimental design,Co-action of IBA and white granulated sugar and agar on the caespitose shoots rooting of Hemerocallis hybridas were studied.In the experiment,the concentration of IBA was 0.1,0.3,0.5 mg/L;the concentration of white granulated sugar were 25,35,45 g/L;the concentration of agar were 3,4,6 g/L.The results showed that the effects of each factor on the tube seedlings rooting was white granulated sugar>IBA>agar,the action of sugar reached at significant level,and 1/2MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L+white granulated sugar 45 g/L+agar 4 g/L was the optimal combination.
