Abstract:
Taking the fungal pathogen Pseudodiploospora longispora causing the mycelial necrosis disease of Morchella in Guizhou Province as the test material,through systematic investigation,indoor cultivation and bioactivity determination methods,the effects of environmental factors and fungicides on the growth and inhibitory effect of the pathogen were explored,in order to provide reference for the green control of mold-induced wilt disease in Morchella and was of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the Morchella industry in Guizhou.The results showed that the optimal growth conditions for the pathogen were 20 ℃ and pH 8,with soluble starch and lactose as the preferred carbon sources and yeast extract as the optimal nitrogen source.Among the tested fungicides,prochloraz 45% EW and myclobutanil 25% EC exhibited significant inhibitory effects on the pathogen while showing minimal impact on the mycelial growth of Morchella,demonstrating good selective antifungal activity and potential for field application.
