Abstract:
Taking 235 tillering onion germplasm resources collected from different regions as test materials,the genetic diversity of tillering onions was studied by agronomic traits and nutritional quality cluster analysis methods,in order to provide reference for breeding improved varieties.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of traits of 235 tillering onion germplasm resources ranged from 2.07% to 57.60%.The coefficient of variation of pyruvate was the largest,and the coefficient of variation of moisture was the smallest.Eight principal components were obtained through principal component analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 61.867%.The results of correlation analysis showed that the vitamin C content in bulbs had a significant positive correlation with traits such as leaf length,leaf width and plant height;there was a significant positive correlation between vitamin C and flavonoid content.By integrating agronomic traits and quality traits,10 excellent varieties were screened out and could be used for popularization and planting.
