Abstract:
Taking Gardenia jasminoides YABBY gene family as the test material,the whole genome identification and bioinformatics analysis of Gardenia jasminoides YABBY gene family were carried out by TBtools,MEGA,ITOL and other software,including the identification of Gardenia jasminoides YABBY members,physicochemical properties,chromosome localization,protein conserved motif,phylogenetic tree,cis-acting element,collinearity and expression levels of Gardenia jasminoides at different stages,in order to provide a reference for the identification of YABBY gene and molecular function in Gardenia jasminoides.The results showed that there were five members of the YABBY gene family in Gardenia jasminoides,which were distributed on Chr2,Chr5,Chr9 and Chr11 chromosomes,and their domains were conserved and all of them were low hydrophilic proteins.Cis element analysis showed that the YABBY gene family of Gardenia jasminoides contained light response,abiotic stress and hormone response elements.The expression pattern analysis showed that GjYABBY1-GjYABBY3 was expressed in different parts of Gardenia jasminoides at different stages of flowering,and GjYABBY3 was continuously and highly expressed in stamens.GjYABBY4 was highly expressed in the Ⅰ and Ⅲ stages of sepal development,but not on petals,flower tubes,stamens,and stamens at different stages.In conclusion,YABBY gene played an important regulatory role in the growth of Gardenia jasminoides flower and fruit.
