Abstract:
Taking stain ‘FQ’ of Stropharia rugosoannulata as the test material,the breeding method of irradiation mutagenesis of the strain′s multiple spore suspension with 60Co-γ rays was used to study the authenticity,fruiting characteristics,mycelial biological characteristics of white mutant hybrids,and the effect on the growth rate of mycelium with different nutritional components,in order to provide reference for breeding new strains,enriching the germplasm resources of Stropharia rugosannulata and selecting new varieties.The results showed that ‘LiaoXQ01’ was the first report of a white variety of Stropharia rugosannulata.Demonstration cultivation showed that strain ‘LiaoXQ01’ was stable in cultivation characteristics,with a biological efficiency of 89%.The optimal temperature for mycelial growth of ‘LiaoXQ01’ was 25 ℃;the optimal carbon source was maltose,the optimal nitrogen source was soy peptone,and the most suitable inorganic salt was KH2PO4.The analysis of the nutritional components showed that ‘LiaoXQ01’ was nutritious,with an excellent amino acid composition and the calcium content was twice that of the starting strain ‘FQ’.
