Abstract:
Ganoderma lucidum bag and fruiting body were used as the experimental materials.The taxonomic status of pathogen of Trichoderma Ganoderma and the screening of diseaseresistant strains were studied by using the tissue isolation and purification technology method,ITS sequencing and plate confrontation,bag screening,in order to provide reference for the green control of Trichoderma.The results showed that the four strains were identified as three species of Trichoderma,D14 and JY2 as Trichoderma harzianum,JY1 as T.pleuroticola,and Lv as T.longibrachiatum.The infectivity of the four Trichoderma strains on the agar plate and in the bag was basically the same,and the infectivity in terms of species was as follows,T.pleuroticola>T.harzianum>T.longibrachiatum.There were significant differences among G.lucidum strains in resistance to four Trichoderma strains.A highquality G.lucidum strain ZL18 resistant to Trichoderma was screened,laying the foundation for the breeding of new high resistant and highquality G.lucidum variety and effective prevention and control of trichoderma ganoderma.
