Abstract:
Waste fruits were used to produce environmentally friendly enzymes,conducted pot control experiments,and different application concentrations were set up to study the effects of self-made environmentally friendly enzymes on the growth and development of Chinese cabbage and soil microbial community structure,and explored their application effects in vegetable cultivation,in order to provide reference for the resource utitlization of fruit and veqetalde waste.The results showed that compared with the control,watering Chinese cabbage with enzyme solution diluted 200 and 500 times significantly increased leaf length,number of leaves,chlorophyll value,root dry weight,and plant dry weight.Among them,leaf length increased by 20.6% and 28.6%,leaf number increased by 25.0% and 31.3%,plant dry weight increased by 16.8% and 15.0%,and root dry weight increased by 77.8% and 90.7%,respectively,promoting the growth and yield of Chinese cabbage.However,watering with high concentration enzyme solution (diluted less than 50 times) would inhibit the growth and development of Chinese cabbage and reduce its yield.After diluting the enzyme solution 200 times and 500 times,watering Chinese cabbage could effectively increase the mineral content such as sodium,calcium,manganese,and iron in the cabbage plant,and improve the diversity of soil bacteria,arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,actinomycetes,and other microorganisms.The increase in microbial diversity was over 44.2%,thereby improving the soil ecological environment.
