Abstract:
In recent years，due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather in China，the risk of cultivating Morchella esculenta in the southern cold shed has been increasing，and presents a gradual development trend to the northern solarium cultivation.Through three years of morel cultivation technology research in solar greenhouse，focusing on cultivation time，pre-cultivation preparation，species selection and strain production，cultivation management，harvesting and pest control and other aspects of the technical points of a detailed summary，with aview to Morchella esculenta，‘southern mushrooms，northern migration’ to provide scientific technology and methods to promote Morchella esculenta industry，high-quality development of Morchella esculenta industry.
