Abstract:
The Shushanggan apricots from 11 sampling sites in the 61st Regiment and other main production areas of Yili Valley,Xinjiang,China were used as experimental materials.The genetic diversity of Shushanggan apricots at the DNA level was studied by molecular marker identification method,and the DNA fingerprints were constructed,in order to provide reference for the conservation and application of Xinjiang Shushanggan apricots germplasm resources.The results showed that population a had the highest genetic diversity,next were the k and d groups,the least was that of population e (I=0.416).AMOVA molecular variance indicated that intrapopulation variation was the main source of genetic variation in apricot population,there was moderate genetic differentiation among populations (Fst=0.13).Bayesian cluster analysis,Principal axis analysis all supported 11 populations that could be divided into 4 subgroups.Through neighbor-joining analysis,the apricot population could be divided into four categories.Among them,groups e and c were clustered into one category,groups a,d and k were clustered into one category,groups b,f,g,h,j,y were clustered into one category.There was some gene penetration in different populations of apricots.
