Abstract:
The ‘Jinxiuzhangzhou’ strain of Pleurotus pulmonarius was used as experimental material,the effects of carbon and nitrogen sources,as well as other cultivation conditions,on the mycelial biomass and mycelial pellet size of Pleurotus pulmonarius in liquid culture.The research was conducted using single-factor comparison and response surface design methods,in order to provide reference for the preparation and large-scale cultivation of Pleurotus pulmonarius liquid culture strains.The results showed that the optimal carbon source was glucose and the optimal nitrogen source was peptone.The best formulation consisted of 21.050 g·L-1 glucose,5.304 g·L-1 peptone,0.524 g·L-1 KH2PO4,and 0.942 g·L-1 MgSO4.The ideal cultivation conditions were a temperature of 25 ℃,a constant shaking speed of 150 r·min-1,and a cultivation period of 11 days.
