Abstract:
Taking one-year-old branches of 45 plum germplasm resources in Heilongjiang Province as experimental materials,the relative conductivity of branches under different low temperature was measured by electrical conductivity method,and the Logistic regression equation was fitted to calculate the semi-lethal temperature temperature (LT50).The effect of varying levels of low-temperature stress treatment on the cold resistance of 45 plum germplasm resources was studied,in order to conduct a preliminary assessment of the cold resistance of these germplasm resources and provide reference for the development of cold-resistant plum cultivars.The results showed that the R2 of fitted equations were all above 0.9,which showed high fitting accuracy and reliable results.The correlation coefficients ranged from -0.986 to -0.878,which reached the significant level,indicating that the relative conductivity was significantly negatively correlated with temperature.The semi-lethal temperature range of 45 resource one-year-old ranged from -44.31 ℃ to -29.88 ℃,and the cold resistance of the one year old branches varied greatly.The cold resistance of the bring-in resource ‘Maiyahuang’ was poor,and the cold resistance of the Russia′s bring-in resource of ‘EJ-36 hongli’ was stronger.
