Abstract:
Taking Gentiana scabra Bge. samples and their rhizosphere soil,collected from different growth years and harvest periods in four regions,as the test materials,variance analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and canonical correlation analysis methods were used to study the effects of different growth environments on the quality factors of Gentiana scabra Bge.,soil factors,and defense enzyme activity,in order to provide reference for the cultivation,rational fertilization and quality improvement of Gentiana scabra Bge..The results showed that the suitable production area for Gentiana scabra Bge. was Qingyuan county,Fushun city,Liaoning Province,with an optimal planting duration of three years and the best harvest period being September.Gentiana scabra Bge. prefers slightly acidic soil.Additionally,the soil in Jilin region contained sufficient nitrogen and phosphorus,while the root-zone soil in Liaoning region had higher defense enzyme activity.The defense enzyme activity in three-year-old Gentiana scabra Bge. was also higher.
