Abstract:
Based on the relevant data of statistical yearbook and field investigation,the production efficiency of mushroom growers was analyzed by data enveloping analysis (DEA) model.On this basis,the influencing factors were studied by using Tobit model,in order to provide reference for the development of mushroom planting industry in Linxian county.The results showed that the production efficiency of Linxian mushroom was 0.897,and the overall production efficiency was above the medium level.Farmers′ education level,planting years and whether they participated in technical training had significant positive effects on the production efficiency of mushroom growers.Age and planting scale had significant negative effects on the production efficiency of mushroom growers.In view of this,it is proposed to improve the professional quality of farmers and introduce high-quality talents;strengthen the reserve of highly educated talents and introduce young talents;some countermeasures were proposed to improve the production technology level of mushroom planting.
