Abstract:
Taking Chinese chive variety ‘Fusheng Rongyao’ as the test materials,the method of soilless cultivation with nutrient solution was adopted to study the differences in plant height,stem thickness,leaf number,antioxidant enzyme activity,osmotic regulation substances,yield,and nutritional quality of Chinese chives under different nitrogen concentrations,in order to provide reference for green and high-quality production of Chinese chives.The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen concentration,the plant height,stem thickness,number of leaves,leaf length,leaf width,dry and fresh weight and other indicators showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and reached their maximum at T5.The activities of SOD,POD,and CAT in leaves gradually increased and then decreased with increasing nitrogen concentration.The enzyme activity was the highest at T5,with significant increases of 28.22%,6.95%,and 52.46% compared to the control.The content of malondialdehyde and hydrogen peroxide showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of nitrogen concentration,with T5 being the lowest,significantly reduced by 17.53% and 18.25% compared to the control.The proline content in leaves showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of nitrogen concentration,with T5 treatment having the highest proline content.The yield increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen concentration.T5 had the highest yield per 667 m2,reaching 1 983.37 kg,an increase of 51.50% compared to the control.The nitrate content gradually increased with the increase of nitrogen concentration,and the T7 treatment reached the highest level,an increase of 32.11% compared to the control.Vitamin C increased with increasing nitrogen concentration,with T6 and T7 treatments having the highest vitamin C content,reaching 26.23 and 27.86 mg·(100g)-1,respectively,an increase of 48.16% and 57.36% compared to the control,and the difference was significant.The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaves first increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen concentration.Comprehensive analysis showed that when the nitrogen content in the nutrient solution was T5-1.5N (22.50 mmol·L-1),the growth,yield,and quality of Chinese chives were relatively optimal,which has certain reference value in actual production.
