Abstract:
Taking the current main cultivated variety ‘Taixiu 5766’ as the parent,a study was conducted on the breeding of a new strain of Pleurotus pulmonarius through multi spore self pollination.Through various breeding procedures such as multi spore self pollination,mycelial stage screening,identification,mushroom emergence screening,and agronomic trait evaluation,high-quality,high-yield,and disease resistant germplasm resources are obtained to meet the demand of the edible mushroom consumption market,improve the planting efficiency of Pleurotus pulmonarius,enrich the variety of cultivated products,and promote the healthy development of the Pleurotus pulmonarius industry.The results showed that the obtained strain was named ‘Hangxiu P30’.The strain has thick cap,thick stipe,high content of protein and amino acid in fruiting body,low incidence rate of yellow mushroom disease at the stage of fruiting,concentrated fruiting and high yield of first tide mushroom.It was an excellent strain.
