Abstract:
Taking the 11 excellent domestic varieties of Hemerocallis minor as the experimental materials,field comparison and indoor testing methods were used to study the botanical characteristics,stress resistance indicators,yield and quality of Hemerocallis minor at different maturity stages,screen out different varieties of Hemerocallis minor suitable for cultivation in the arid zone of central Ningxia,in order to provide reference for suitable for cultivation and popularization in Ningxia.The results showed that the leaf length and leaf width of ‘Gaoshan No.1’ and ‘April white’ were larger than those of other varieties in each period.They were the late maturing variety.The biomass of ‘Shayuan’ and ‘Malian’ were higher than that of other varieties.They were the medium-ripe variety.The root shoot ratio and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of ‘April flower’ were the highest.They were the early maturing variety.‘Dawuzui’‘April flower’‘Taitung 6’ and ‘Shan Shan 1’ had the highest root activity.‘Taitung 6’ had the highest soluble solid content and soluble protein content,and ‘Gaoshan 1’ had the highest soluble sugar content and peroxidase (POD) activity.The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was the highest in ‘Dawuzui’‘Chonglihua’ and ‘Dazihua’,and the activity of catalase (CAT) was the highest in ‘April White’.
