Abstract:
Taking wild Morchella fruiting bodies collected from within Gannan prefecture (Zhouqu county,Lintan county,Diebu county) as the experimental materials,tissue separation methods were used,the effects of five culture medium formulations on the mycelial growth of Morchella (germination time,growth rate,mycelial growth momentum),and combined the performance of different culture medium mycelium under the microscope were investigated,the best culture medium suitable for the growth of wild Morchella were screenech.At the same time,through mushroom emergence experiments,excellent strains were preliminarily screened,in order to provide a solid germplasm foundation and source support for independent innovation in the edible mushroom industry in Gannan prefecture.The results showed that PDA medium was a suitable medium for the growth of Morchella mycelium,with fast growth rate,dense mycelium,early formation of fungal nuclei,and branching mycelium under a microscope.The results of the mushroom emergence test showed that ZD and LB were excellent strains and could be further tested.
