Abstract:
Taking 16 introduced and independently selected strains of Lentinula edodes as test materials,the mycelial growth, antagonistic reactions between strains,high temperature resistance,laccase production ability,agronomic traits of fruiting bodies,and biological efficiency were studied through methods such as mycelial phenotype observation and mushroom emergence experiments,in order to provide reference for the healthy development of Lentinula edodes industry in Liaoning.The results showed that strains 22-5,22-8,22-19 and ZJ12 were suitable for growing in Liaoning Province.Among them,22-5 and 22-8 were of medium and long age,large fruit body,beautiful mushroom type and suitable for fresh sale.ZJ12 and 22-19 were short bacterial age and high yield.The fruit body type of ZJ12 was moderate,which was suitable for fresh sales,and also could be dried sales.The fruit body type of 22-19 was slightly smaller than that of others,which was suitable for drying sales or slicing,slicing processing.The results could provide reference for the selection of suitable varieties of Lentinula edodes in Liaoning Province.
