Abstract:

The development of Auricularia heimuer industry has important practical significance for promoting local county economic growth,and achieving poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas.Through a comprehensive exposition of the main characteristics of the current development of the Auricularia heimuer industry in China,the main problems in promoting the green and high-quality development of the Auricularia heimuer industry are deeply analyzed.Since the ‘13th Five Year Plan’ period,the production scale of Auricularia heimuer in China has remained relatively stable on the whole,and online marketing has given new impetus to industrial development,but the impact of the COVID-19 has led to a significant decline in export trade.At the same time,China′s Auricularia heimuer industry still has outstanding problems such as the imperfect development of the whole industrial chain,the low level of the whole process mechanization equipment,the insufficient strength of the all-round brand construction,and the intensification of resource and environmental constraints.Finally,the study put forward suggestions to promote the high-quality development of China′s Auricularia heimuer industry from accelerating the coordinated development of the ‘three chains’,improving the level of full process mechanization,paying attention to product brand construction,and strengthening resource conservation and environmental protection.
