Abstract:
Eight jasmine leaves showing yellow ring were used as experimental material.And the pathogen causing jasmine virus disease and the nucleic acid sequence,genetic diversity of jasmine virus T (JaVT) were analyzed by RT-PCR,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of jasmine virus disease.The results showed that JaVT was isolated from 4 samples,and 4 CP gene sequences of JaVT were amplified.The nucleotide sequence identity among the CP genes of the four JaVT isolates was 92.20%-95.20%,and the nucleotide sequence identity between the CP genes of the four JaVT isolates was 91.40%-94.00% with the other 4 JaVT CP genes published in NCBI.Phylogenetic analysis based on the full-length sequences of 8 JaVT CP genes.The results showed that the four JaVT isolates in this study were clustered with JaVT-MZ962345 from China.Three recombination events were detected in 8 JaVT full-length CP gene sequences.
