Abstract:
Taking Auricularia auricular and Astragalus membranaceus as the experimental materials,sawdust medium as the control,four Astragalus membranaceus addition treatments were set up,in order to provide reference for the production of Auricularia auricular with traditional Chinese medicine medium.The effects of Astragalus membranaceus on the growth and development of Auricularia auricular and the nutrient composition of fruiting body were discussed.The effect and correlation of Astragalus membranaceus on the quality and yield of Auricularia auricular were studied,in order to provide reference for the production of traditional Chinese medicine Auricularia auricular.The results showed that adding Astragalus membranaceus could significantly promote the growth of mycelium and fruiting body of Auricularia auricular.The mycelial growth rate of 15% Astragalus membranaceus was the highest.Adding 10% Astragalus membranaceus had the highest yield and biological efficiency.The content of total sugar and protein in Auricularia auricular fruiting body increased significantly.The protein content,total sugar content and yield of Auricularia auricular were positively correlated,but the characteristic substances(calycosin,astragaloside) in Astragalus were not detected in Auricularia auricular fruiting body.In summary,the addition of Astragalus in the culture material could promote the growth of mycelium and fruiting body,it could also improve the nutritional active components of Auricularia auricular.
