Abstract:
‘Micui No.9’ is developed by crossing ‘HC3’ (female parent) with ‘PI6’ (male parent).It is a new variety of disease resistant,high-yield and high-quality thin-skinned melon.The plants exhibit vigorous growth，featuring cylindrical fruits with an average fruit weight from 500 g to 550 g.The fruit surface displays an ashen-white color overlaid with ink-green streaks，and the flesh is green with a soluble solids content ranging from 14% to 16%，showcasing excellent storage and transport durability.The whole growth period is 103-108 days and the fruit development period is 30-35 days.The variety demonstrates strong resistance to diseases and environmental stresses.It is suitable for protected-field cultivation in Shaanxi，Hebei，Shandong，Inner Mongolia，etc.
