Abstract:
The Schisandra chinensis varieties (strains) ‘Baiguo’‘Jinwuwei 1’ and ‘Yanzhihong’ were used as experimental materials.The rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetic curve JIP-Test analysis method was used to study 500 μmol·m-2·s-1 and 300 μmol·m-2·s-1 light intensity conditions on the chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics of annual seedlings of Schisandra chinensis,in order to screen suitable Schisandra chinensis varieties for cultivation under low light conditions,and provide reference for the introduction and trial planting of Schisandra chinensis.The results showed that ‘Baiguo’ was the more tolerant variety to low light,with 500 μmol·m-2·s-1 will cause photoinhibition,300 μmol·m-2·s-1 could enhance its light energy absorption,improved photochemical efficiency,transfer efficiency and quantum yield,thereby improved the absorption,conversion and transfer of light energy.
