Abstract:
Edible fungi production is an important carrier of biological carbon cycle,transforming agricultural and forestry ‘waste carbon’ into protein food,but it also needs to consume energy and increase carbon emission in the cultivation process.Under the Target of ‘double-carbon’,introduced the mode and scale of the edible fungi industry in Fangshan district,expounded the carbon cycle and emission rules of the edible fungi production process,analyzed the impact of the edible fungi industry on the realization of the ‘double-carbon’ goal.calculated the energy consumption and carbon emissions per unit production of oyster mushroom,shiitake mushroom and lyophyllum decastes,put forward the development and reform ideas of edible fungi in Fangshan district,introduced the exploration practice and achievements of energy conservation and emission reduction in recent years,providing reference for the development of edible fungi industry in different regions under the the Target of ‘double-carbon’.
