Abstract:
Taking the peach variety of ‘Yanzhicuitao’ as experimental material,clear water as a control and the different concentrations (600,900,1 200 and 1 500 fold dilution) of amino acid water soluble fertilizer were applied on the peach tree,and the effects of amino acid water soluble fertilizer on peach fruit quality were studied to screening the best amino acid water soluble fertilizer concentration.The results showed that amino acid water soluble fertilizer increased the single fruit weight,hardness,vitamin C content and soluble solids content of peach fruit and decreased the titratable acid content.When the dilution of amino acid water soluble fertilizer at 1 500 times,the single fruit weight,hardness,vitamin C content and soluble solids content of peach fruit increased by 21.31%,37.52%,71.79% and 105.87%,respectively,and the titratable acid content decreased by 35.88% compared with the control.In addition,amino acid water soluble fertilizer increased the activity of relatedmetabolic enzyme in peach fruit,and increased the contents of total soluble sugar,fructose,glucose,sorbitol and reducing sugar in peach fruit.Therefore,amino acid water soluble fertilizer could improve the fruit quality of peach,and 1 500 fold dilution was the most suitable concentration for the fertilizer application.
