Abstract:
Taking kiwifruit as the test materials,the effect of postharvest OA treatment on the resistance to soft rot and physiological quality of post-harvest kiwifruit was studied by the method of postharvest soaked,in order to provide reference for the research on fruit preservation and postharvest disease resistance of kiwifruit.The results showed that 10 mmol?L-1 OA had the best inhibitory rate (92.59%) against pathogenic bacteria.OA treatment with 10 mmol?L-1 could effectively delay the increase of weight loss rate and the decrease of hardness,and inhibite the decrease of TA content and maintain the TSS content at a high level.The treatment also reduced the accumulation of MDA and Pro content,promote the contents of flavonoids and total phenols,inhibite the activities of CAT and POD,but had no obvious effect on the activity of SOD.OA treatment also increased CHI and GLU activities and delayed the decline of PAL activity.In conclusion,OA treatment with 10 mmol?L-1 could improve the disease resistance of fruit,delay the post-ripening softening of kiwifruit during storage period,and maintain good fruit quality.
