Abstract:
Taking Akebia trifoliata as test material,the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Akebia trifoliata was optimized by single factor test combined with response surface method,in order to provide reference for the further development and utilization of Akebia trifoliata .The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were 56% ethanol volume fraction,70 minutes extraction time,90 ℃ extraction temperature and 50∶1 mL·g-1 liquid-solid ratio.Under these conditions,the amount of flavonoids extracted was 60.74 mg·g-1,which was basically consistent with the predicted value of 60.492 4 mg·g-1,indicating that the extraction process was stable and feasible.The total flavonoids obtained under the optimal process conditions had a high scavenging ability on 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH) free radical,indicating that the total flavonoids of Akebia trifoliata had a good antioxidant activity.
