Abstract:
Taking Gentiana rhodantha Franch as test material,the distribution information of Gentiana rhodantha Franch was in tends to collect,combined with ecological factors,applied the maximum entropy model (MaxEnt) to study the main ecological factors affecting the suitable distribution of Gentiana rhodantha Franch,and predicted the potential suitable areas of Gentiana rhodantha Franch in China,in order to provide reference for the further research on the screening of germplasm resources,artificial cultivation and quality evaluation of Gentiana rhodantha Franch.The results showed that the AUC predicted by MaxEnt model was greater than 0.9,and the prediction effect was excellent.The weight of ecological factors in the growth suitability of Gentiana rhodantha Franch showed that the total contribution rate of annual rainfall,the coldest month,the lowest temperature,altitude and the coldest quarter precipitation was 86.8%.The results of single factor modeling analysis showed that the most suitable growth environment for Gentiana rhodantha Franch was in the environment of annual rainfall of 800-1 300 mm,the lowest temperature of -3-4 ℃ in the coldest month,altitude of 1 000-2 800 m and precipitation of 60-95 mm in the coldest quarter.The study of suitable zoning showed that the most suitable growth areas of Gentiana rhodantha Franch are northern Yunnan,western Sichuan,southern Chongqing,western Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and most areas of Guizhou Province.
