Abstract:
‘Nongtian L2K’ is based on the excellent and stable strain ‘Huahuxiu LK32’ as the female parent and the stable and disease-resistant excellent strain ‘Yuhuamei LK33’ as the male parent,which is a high-quality,disease-resistant,high-yield new generation of small watermelon cultivar bred by hybridization.The average full growth period of mid-early maturity and early spring protected land cultivation is 102 days,and the fruit development period is 33 days.The average full growth period of cultivation in protected areas after the autumn delay is 85 days,and the fruit development period is 28 days.The fruit is oval in shape,with dark green thin stripes on the skin.The average single fruit mass in spring and autumn cultivation is about 1.85 kg.The pulp is red and the texture is crisp,and the content of soluble solids in the center is about 13.60%,and the content of soluble solids in the edge is about 10.60%.The average yields of the protected areas in early spring and late autumn were 83 737.35 kg·hm-2 and 83 193.75 kg·hm-2,respectively,with moderate resistance to fusarium wilt.It is suitable for planting in sandy loam or loam soil in the Henan Spring and Autumn protected Area in the Huanghuaihai Ecological Zone.In August 2021,it passed the registration of non-main crop varieties of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,registration number is GPD watermelon (2021) 410106.
