Abstract:
Taking the parent strain of Auricularia auricula, the mononuclear strain and the ‘Z5’ hybrid strain,which had been identified by esterase isozyme zymogram,as the experimental materials,the map difference and genetic relationship between the mononuclear hybrid strain and the parent strain were studied by RAPD molecular map comparison and the gray correlation analysis of cultural and agronomic characters,and the cultural characters of the hybrid strains were compared to obtain the new strains with improved characters suitable for the market demand.The results showed that RAPD molecular map showed that ‘Z5’ strain lacked some map bands of parents and hybrid mononuclear,and also produced new bands.Cluster analysis showed that the similarity between ‘Z5’ strain and two parents was only 54%,and the genetic distance was far.The agronomic characters and grey correlation degree of ‘Z5’ strain and two parents were compared according to the given reference variety character values.The agronomy of ‘Z5’ strain could meet the current market requirements,and its equal weight correlation degree and weighted correlation degree rank ahead of the two parents.
