Abstract:
Taking 10 cherry tomato varieties as test materials,methods of field cultivation was used,experimental determination and sensory evaluation,the growth indexes difference of tomato plants and fruits and fruit quality indexes were determined,the sensory evaluation and analysis of different varieties of cherry tomato fruits were carried out,in order to provide reference for screening high-quality fresh-eat cherry tomato varieties.The results showed that the soluble solids and organic acid content of cherry tomato fruits were quite different among different varieties.Among them,‘Ying S18-01’ ‘Pink Code’ and ‘Zhe Ying Fen No.1’ had bright colors,good taste and flavor,and relatively high content of various nutritional indicators.
