Abstract:
The red okra fruit development and color turning periods (three key development periods) were used as research object.The transcriptome of the color turning stages in red okra fruit were sequenced by Illumina HiSeq 2500 sequencing technology,the related enzyme genes of anthocyanin biosynthesis were identified from differentially expressed genes.In the transcripts of three key development periods,a total of 208 145 Unigenes were assembled,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis of genes differentially expressed in different tissues showed that a total of 28 differentially expressed genes related to anthocyanin synthesis were identified.According to the expression level analysis of genes at the color turning stages in red okra fruit,8 Unigenes of 〖STBX〗CHS4,CHS6,CHS8,HCT1,HCT2,CHI,UFGT and F3′5′H〖STBZ〗 were assummed as the key genes of anthocyanin synthesis.
