Abstract:
Reineckia carnea (Andr.) Kunth,a common miao herb,was used as test material.The effects of CO2 concentration,temperature rise and their interaction on morphological indexes,biomass,chlorophyll content,non-structural carbohydrates,antioxidant enzyme activity and secondary metabolites of Reineckia carnea (Andr.) Kunth were studied by the pot experiment,in order to provide reference for medicinal production of Reineckia carnea (Andr.) Kunth.The results showed that,1) The increase of CO2 concentration and temperature and their interaction significantly promoted the morphological growth and biomass accumulation of Reineckia carnea (Andr.) Kunth.2) Increasing CO2 concentration or simultaneously increasing CO2 concentration and temperature was beneficial to chlorophyll synthesis.3) The increase of CO2 concentration,temperature and their interaction significantly promoted the synthesis of soluble sugar,but had no significant effect on starch,and soluble protein content only increased with the increase of CO2 concentration.4) The synthesis of saponins and flavonoids could be inhibited by increasing temperature alone,and the inhibition could be alleviated by increasing CO2 concentration.In conclusion,in the actual production process,appropriate increase of CO2 concentration was beneficial to increase the yield of Reineckia carnea (Andr.) Kunth and alleviate the inhibition of temperature rise on the synthesis of its active components.
