Abstract:
The constant market share model were used,the 18-year-old trade data of China′s edible fungus exports to EU from 2002 to 2019 were selected,the influencing factors of trade exports were analyzed.The results showed that,among the influencing factors of export trade,the structural effect of trade exports gradually changed from positive to negative,with the lowest contribution rate.The competitiveness effect showed the development trend of first rised and then falled,and was a positive pull effect on the whole.Among the four categories of exported edible fungi,the first and third categories of edible fungi had a significant effect on the overall export of edible fungi,and the second and fourth categories of edible fungi had a weak effect on the overall export of edible fungi.Therefore,the export structure should be adjusted,the supply chain system should be optimized,and the edible fungus production safety index system should be improved.‘The Belt and Road Initiative’ will be used to expand the export scale of China′s edible fungi and expand the cooperation areas.
