Abstract:
Six Lentinus edodes strains were used as research objects,such as ‘238’‘236’‘705’‘808’‘60’ ‘Summer No.1’,which from Wuling mountain.The Lentinus edodes strains were selenium-rich domesticated by sodium selenite,and the stronger of selenium enrichment was used for cultivating.Nutritional quality was compared whith different concentrations of selenium,in order to provide reference for selenium-rich L.edodes production.The results showed that low concentration of selenium promote growth of Lentinus edodes mycelium,and selenium concentration was positively correlated with the fruiting body yields of Lentinus edodes.In level of 60 mg?L-1,the fruiting body yields was 1.20 kg per bag,the selenium content was 344.28 mg?kg-1 and one of organic selenium was 98.83%.Compared with the control,the contents of protein and polysaccharide were 24.10% and 56.98 mg?g-1,which increasing 15.59% and 24.98%,respectively.In conclusion,low level of selenium promote growth of Lentinus edodes as well as improve the nutritional quality.
