Abstract:
Eggplant ‘Hangqie No.1’ was used as the test material,and UV supplementary light (UV-B dose 65 μW·cm-2,R/B=5∶1),ordinary supplementary light (UV-B dose 0 μW·cm-2,R/B=5∶1) and no supplementary light (CK) were set in the greenhouse.The effects of different light supplementing methods on the agronomic characters and disease resistance of eggplant fruit in greenhouse were studied,in order to provide a reference for the application and extension of UV-B light supplementing cultivation in fruit stage of eggplant in greenhouse.The results showed that UV-B supplemental light had a certain inhibitory effect on the development and expansion of eggplant fruits,and the growth of its horizontal and vertical diameters were smaller than other treatments,which ultimately led to a smaller fruit shape index.Meanwhile,UV-B supplemental light treatment improved the inherent nutritional value of eggplant fruits.Compared with the control (no supplemental light) treatment,the contents of soluble solids,soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C and total phenols of eggplant fruit all significantly increased.In addition,UV-B supplemental light also had a positive effect on eggplant fruit yield and plant disease resistance.Among all treatments,the plots under UV-B supplemental light had the highest yield of eggplant fruits,which increased by 23.47% compared with the control.UV-B supplementary light enhanced the resistance of eggplant plants to a certain extent,and effectively reduced the occurrence of diseased leaves and plants of eggplant.
