Abstract:
Soil and fruit samples collected from Dongzao jujube planting area in Linyi County were used as test material.The soil nutrient content and fruit quality index were determined.The correlation between fruit quality and soil fertility was studied,and then the optimal linear regression relationship between soil nutrient and quality was screened by multiple stepwise regression method,in order to provide reference for local rational fertilization and improving fertilizer utilization efficiency.The results showed that single fruit weight was negatively correlated with available manganese,positively correlated with exchangeable calcium,and weakly affected by available boron;fruit shape index was negatively correlated with exchangeable calcium,and weakly affected by available zinc;vitamin C content was positively correlated with organic matter and available boron,and negatively correlated with available iron and exchangeable calcium;titratable acid was positively correlated with available potassium and available phosphorus,and significantly affected by available iron.There was a negative correlation between soluble solids and exchangeable calcium,but the effect of available potassium was less.The fruit quality of Dongzao jujube was affected by many soil nutrient factors.More targeted fertilization should be carried out according to the soil nutrient level and the effect on the quality,so as to avoid waste and environmental pollution caused by blind fertilization.
