Abstract:
Ten varieties of Cordyceps militaris were selected as the research objects.By means of antagonism test,microscope observation and enzyme activity measurements,the antagonism of Cordyceps militaris and Calcarisporium cordycipiticola,the interaction between the hyphae at the contact position,and the activities change of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase related to disease resistance of Cordyceps militaris before and after inoculation of Calcarisporium cordycipiticola were studied,in order to provide reference to Cordyceps militaris breeding for resistance to white mildew disease.The results showed that wild Cordyceps militaris cultivars 01(4)-4F1 and D01-1 had better resistance to white mildew disease.
