Abstract:
The four-year-old ‘Guichang’ kiwifruit was used as the test material,and four test treatments were set up for field trials.The yield and quality indexes of kiwifruit under different fertilization treatments were measured,the effects of the mixed application of biochar and organic fertilizer and single application on the yield and quality of kiwifruit were studied,in order to provide a reference for the improvement of the quality and yield of ‘Guichang’ kiwifruit.The results showed that compared with the control,each fertilization treatment significantly increased the yield and quality of single fruit,soluble solids,soluble sugar,soluble protein,sugar-acid ratio,and vitamin C content,and significantly reduced the titratable acid content.The comprehensive score of fruit quality under each treatment was obtained by principal component analysis,which showed that the effect of mixed application of the two fertilizers were better than single application,and single application was better than the control.It showed that the application of biochar and organic fertilizer could improve the fruit quality and yield of kiwifruit,and the mixed fertilization of biochar and organic fertilizer had the best fertilization effect.
