Abstract:
The scale of chili planting is expanding year by year in Guizhou Province.The planting area with extensive regional layout is more than 33.3×104 hm2,accounting for 1/6 of China and 1/10 of the world.With a diversity of species and varieties,183 series varieties were selected and bred for popularization and planting.The capacity of processing has continued to improve and the total sale of cosmetic has been increased.The scale of production,processing and sales ranks first in China.This study summarized the development of the chili industry covered the whole industrial chain in Guizhou Province in recent years,and analyzed the current problems and the objectives with next suggestions for high-quality development of chili industry,providing a reference for the development of national chili industry.
