Abstract:
Taking 28 Bupleurum chinense seeds as test materials,the genetic relationship of 28 Bupleurum chinense seeds was studied by the combination of seed appearance identification and DNA molecular identification,in order to provide reference for identifying Bupleurum chinense seeds by DNA barcoding combined with seed morphological characteristics.The results showed that with ITS2 analysis the seed sequences of Bupleurum chinense,Bupleurum smithii were clustered into one branch separately,B.longicaule var.amplexicaule and B.marginatum var.stenophyllum were clustered into one branch,which had good monophyly.The morphological characteristics of Bupleurum chinense seeds were consistent with ITS2.The research provided references for identifing Bupleurum chinense seeds by DNA barcoding combined with seed morphological characteristics.
