Abstract:
Taking 150 Bletilla striata samples from 30 producing areas in Guizhou as test material,the correlation of 20 phenotypic traits such as plant height,the number of flowers,leaves and stems,polysaccharide content was studied by using descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and path analysis,in order to provide reference for selection and breeding of white and high quality germplasm resources,screen out the indirect index of high-quality and high-yield.The results showed that the variation coefficient of cultivated Bletilla striata phenotypic traits was from 15.99% to 87.88%,in which the variation coefficient of underground biomass dry weight was 76.42%,and the variation coefficient of polysaccharide content was 16.35%.Correlation analysis demonstrated that there were significant correlations a most of the phenotypic traits,and the dry weight of underground biomass and the number of aboveground traits were extremely significant (P<0.01),but there was no significant correlation between polysaccharide content and characters.The results showed that the stem number of aboveground traits had the greatest direct and direct effect on the dry weight of underground biomass,and the stem number of aboveground traits had the greatest effect on the polysaccharide.Comprehensive analysis indicated that shoot number and dry weight of aboveground biomass could be important indirect indexes for high-quality and high-yield screening,and germplasm with a large number of aboveground biomass and stem should be selected as germplasm resources of high-quality and high-yield of Bletilla striata.
